When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your name, email address, farm size category, AMS brand, and any optional message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) for security and analytics purposes.

We use the information you provide to contact you about early access to our platform, to understand the size and composition of our potential customer base, and to improve our product offering. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
4. Legal Basis for Processing

We retain waitlist data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Cookies & Tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking software. Cloudflare Turnstile (our spam-protection widget) is specifically designed to operate without cookies or persistent identifiers; it performs its verification using ephemeral cryptographic tokens only. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, consent will be obtained before any tracking takes place.
8. Third-Party Services
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver form-submission emails server-side, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Neither service is loaded in a way that drops cookies in your browser. Both services may process IP address data as part of their security functions; please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
